Intern Program
We offer paid, summer internships in a variety of roles. Our program combines on-the-job experience, group projects and mentorship for college juniors and seniors. Many of our interns become full-time employees after graduation. Intern positions are available in select local offices in Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Intern Program Details
Our paid summer internship positions are available in our eastern Kansas offices and through our alliance with Farm Credit Services of America in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Wyoming.
- Positions are posted third quarter of each year.
- Intern program begins in May.
- Program duration is 11-12 weeks.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in Frontier Farm Credit as a future employer
- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
- Agricultural and rural residence lending – Intern opportunities in our local offices in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming
- Financial services – Finance, credit, lending and accounting services
- Technology services – Software and data engineers, operations, product development
- Business development and strategy – Innovation, sales, marketing, HR and operations
Qualified interns will receive an hourly wage and $500 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is available.
