In our communities
Volunteering is one of many ways we serve the communities we and our customer-owners call home. Each year, we allocate 16 hours of paid time to employees to volunteer at local organizations of their choosing. When employees volunteer as a group, we provide matching dollars to the organization.
We also match employees' direct donations to nonprofit organizations—up to $500 per employee per year to maximize their impact.
