Job Summary

 

We’re looking for a User Experience Strategist to join us. In this role, you’ll evangelize the value of Experience Design, design workflows and detailed interactions that bring solutions for customer problems to life through sketches, wireframes, prototypes and hi-fidelity designs. You’ll ultimately influence change across the enterprise through Experience Design.

 

You're perfect for this role if you are comfortable working autonomously with ambiguity, have experience driving enterprise-level impact through an approach of continuous discovery and experimentation where design experiences meet the user where, when and how they desire. You’re also an expert who has passion without ego and a strategic thinker with the ability to transition to execution.

 

The User Experience team creates delightful experiences through design. We are customer-obsessed and enable farmers, ranchers, and producers to focus on what's important to them.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Provide expertise in discovering user motivations: creating testable assumptions; designing prototypes; conducting experiments; and generating potential solutions/ concepts to drive success in product goals and organizational strategy.
  • Articulate the business strategy, product goals and evolving customer/market needs through the lens of the experience design discipline. Demonstrate achievement of strategic differentiation for business strategy by measuring business value resulting from UX activities.
  • Design and conduct research to listen, observe and turn user feedback into insights that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Produce experience design artifacts including journey maps, service blueprints, sketches, and wireframes.

Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in User Experience, HCI, Design, Product Management, Design Strategy, Insights, User Interface Development or related practical experience 

Years of Experience

 

  • 6+ years design experience with a focus on digital products, software, web & mobile applications 

Certification and Technical Requirements

 

  • Experience tackling complex problems and clearly articulate your solutions to a wide range of stakeholders.
