We are looking for a Credit and Resolutions Specialist to join our team.  You will be responsible for providing service and support for account resolution and litigation activity on all retail and AgDirect loans and retail installment contracts.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Take ownership of customer relationship transfer from Retail and AgDirect to the Credit and Resolutions Team, including review of all legal documents including promissory notes, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, UCC filings, etc.  
  • Prepare all compliance notices, including Distressed Loan Notices, Default Notices, Interest Increase Letters, Acceleration Letters as well as any legal notices as directed by the Account Resolution and Account Litigation Officer.  
  • Work with the Account Resolution Officer and Account Litigation Officer to coordinate loan servicing processing from decisioning through closing. Gather documentation and verification from customers as needed. Coordinate and assist in monitoring ongoing loan conditions. Incumbent will complete servicing actions including payment extensions, term modifications, contract amendments, partial releases, and full release of UCCs, mortgages and deeds of trust. 
  • Perform loan origination and loan closing function for the Account Resolution and Litigation Officer from the point of loan approval through loan finaling. Responsible for contacting realtors, attorneys, etc. to ensure correct documents are available for closing. Responsible for collateral review and verification to include understanding of related appraisal documents and determining allocation of collateral based on cross-collateralization language in the security documents. Verify lienholder information on titled vehicle transactions. Complete UCC amendments, continuations and terminations. 
  • Address inquiries from customers, attorneys or other lenders such as providing payoffs, payment lookup, accrued interest, customer information change requests, and other inquiries. The position takes ownership of the problem until resolved, which may include involving other functional and cross functional team members. 
  • Complete quality control/review of all documents prior to distribution. Conduct peer reviews to ensure consistency of processes and procedures. 
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports. Obtain necessary approval for overdrafts or other exceptions.

Education Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred in related field.

Years of Experience

 

  • 6+ years of experience in lending, legal or title company experience.
