Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and specialized Processing Specialist to work for our AgDirect team. This Processing Specialist will be responsible for preparing Retail Installment Contracts (RICs), Loan, and Lease financing packages and delivering these documents for signature. To also include analyzing and digesting lien searches and prepare any subordination agreements and/or UCC-3 deemed necessary based on lien search results. The Processing Specialist will establish and maintain strong relationships, both internally and externally, to develop a high-level of service to our customers. The ideal candidate would have several years of commercial lending experience with strong attention to accuracy and be passionate about delivering quality work at a fast pace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare RIC, loan and lease closing documents including the preparation of additional complex documents necessary for lien perfection and entity verification.
- Analyze, notate, and save the appropriate findings of lien searches and prepare any subordination agreements and/or UCC-3 deemed necessary based on lien search results.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to answer questions as they relate to eligibility requirements, legal document preparation, and lien searches.
- Review all document packages prior to distribution to the dealer/customer/partner to ensure the information is complete and accurate and complies with company policies as well as compliance regulations.
- Deliver document package to customers and dealers via DocuSign or preferred method.
- Review and document equipment title work.
Education Requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Preferred
Years of Experience
- 3-5 years of commercial lending experience
- Knowledge of financial principles and their application to credit delivery
- Fundamental understanding and working knowledge of credit extension and administration processes
