Job Summary
*Hybrid-Incumbent must work a percentage of time each week in the office.
We are seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating the development of marketing tactics related to the implementation of marketing strategy. Working with Strategic Marketing Managers to collaborate in the creation of integrated marketing communications incorporating advertising, direct marketing, content marketing, sales collateral, event support, publications and online promotion. You will work closely with marketing teammates, regional sales leaders and teammates, customers, and outside agencies and vendors to fulfill these duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Marketing Managers, internal teams and external vendors to develop integrated marketing plans and support the execution of paid media, sales collateral, direct marketing efforts, web, trade show coordination, customer events, experiential programs and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and the wider project management team to drive projects to completion, ensuring constant communication and alignment between teams.
- Provide necessary leadership, planning and communication on projects, while seeking the best possible strategic and creative outcome.
- Develop and manage event programming in close collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing agendas, run of show, and speaker coordination while providing guidance on session formats, breakout structures, presentation approaches, and overall flow to support event goals and audience engagement.
- Serve as the gateway between project teams and internal stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable tasks, assigning and routing tasks to individuals, and managing deliverables against a project schedule.
- Work to resource, identify, allocate, and manage resources across projects.
- Determine and mitigate risk factors throughout the project timeline. Escalating as required and providing appropriate options to self-solve situations.
- Track multiple projects to keep on brief, on time and to the agreed budget, using project management methodologies appropriate to successful completion.
- Take ownership of project processes, ensuring smooth operations and clear ways of working are defined with the team and regularly assessed.
- Organize and report on complex information, providing clarity on dependencies to teams, as well as facilitating decision making across a broad range of senior stakeholders
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and present to stakeholders.
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Communications or Marketing preferred.
Years of Experience

6+ years of experience in corporate and business-to-business product marketing.

Proficient in project management tools. Plus, if experience is with ASANA or Monday.
